Architect and Designer Receiving and Distribution Services

Having a shipment arrive in perfect order is important to you and to us. We will open and inspect your items at our warehouse before we sign off giving you confidence that your items are in great condition and ready for delivery.

Receiving

We are available to receive your orders Monday–Friday from 7:30–5:00 and Saturday from 8:00 - 12:00 noon.

Inspection

We thoroughly inspect and confirm your items upon arrival. When damage is detected, the client is immediately informed, any exceptions are carefully noted.

Inventory

Each item we receive is given a unique warehouse number and barcode.

Storage

We store each item after re-packing or blanket-wrapping. Clients may inspect their items at our warehouse with an appointment.

Delivery

Affordable makes arrangements with you to safely and efficiently deliver your items to your clients when the time is right.
